Paul Wachs

Wachs, Étienne Victor Paul. Studied at the Paris Conservatory under César Franck and Victor Massé, winning the first prize for organ, 1872. Organist of St. Merry’s, Paris. Composed piano pieces, &c. b. Paris, France, Sep. 19th, 1851; d. Saint-Mandé, July 6th, 1915.
